Ms. Juin has worked for Initiative Nationale pour la Coordination de L’Action Haitienne (INCAH) for 8 years, under the supervision of Dr. Charles .
She joined the ARCF’s in 2021 as Project director, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the Home-group parents and community empowerment program to ensure all ARCF activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. She acts as the essential link between the kids of different areas and management, handling planning, resource allocation, and communication.
