Since 2002 on we have learned that local leaders have promising ideas to improve education quality in their own communities. That is why we support the Community Building Program, “CBP” to help them. The CBP began in 2003, with the construction of Marie Rose Outreach, the Good Shepherd Orphanage, in Cité Soleil. USAID-Haiti funded these projects.
We had the privilege of foreign visitors like former US Ambassador to the UN Mr. Bill Richardson, deceased, the US Senator from Ohio, now Governor Mr. Mike DeWine accompanied his wife, US Ambassador to Haiti Mr. Leslie Swing, and local visitors to see our work. Over the years we have touched the lives of thousands of kids.
