Community Liaison Coordinator
Ray has worked for Initiative Nationale pour la Coordination de L’Action Haitienne (INCAH) for 8 years, under the supervision of Dr. Charles.
He joined the ARCF’s in 2015 as Community Liaison Coordinator, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the Home-group parents and community empowerment program to ensure all ARCF activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. He acts as the essential link between the kids of different areas and management, handling planning, resource allocation, and communication.
